Inside the Industria building from 1916 on Dam square, corner with Rokin, is the Koninklijke Industrieele Grote Club (Royal Industrial Grand Society) at Dam 27. On May 14th 2022, when Amsterdam opened many normally closed venues for 24 hours, I was able to visit the inside.. Both clubs decided to continue their social life in the premises of the Industrial Club under the well-known name 'Industrieele Groote Club' (IGC). To this day, our Club still occupies the parterre and the first and second floors. In 2013, we received the designation Royal and have been called Royal Industrieele Groote Club ever since.
